The course will focus on Dan Buettner鈥檚 recent book and Netflix series: Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones, which is a four-part Netflix documentary discussing the 5 regions in the world (and
the new US Blue Zone Communities) where centenarians live remarkably long and healthy
lives. The Netflix series is narrated by Dan Buettner.
